1. Warranty coverage is not available for any converted printers. 2. Comprehensive support and service will be provided via video call. On-site technician visits can be arranged at an additional cost. 3. Our team of technicians regularly visits nearly all cities in India. Customers will be notified in advance when a technician is scheduled to visit their area. If a customer wishes to book a service visit, they can inform us, and a nominal fee of INR 3000 to INR 5000 will be applicable. If a technician is required for a dedicated visit, the charges will be communicated beforehand.
