• Lost Items: If your item is lost during shipping, we will provide a replacement. Please contact our customer service team if your order has not arrived within 10 days of the expected delivery date.

Replacement Process

• Returning Damaged Items: For damaged items, we require you to send the product back to us. Once we receive the damaged item, we will dispatch the replacement. The return shipping cost for the damaged item will be covered by us.
• Replacement Dispatch: After receiving the damaged item, we will dispatch your replacement within the same timeline as our standard shipping policy. This means your replacement will be shipped within 2 business days and delivered within 2 to 8 business days after dispatch.
