  • Technician Visits:
    • If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, a technician visit can be arranged.
    • Technician visits are chargeable, and the cost will be communicated and confirmed before scheduling.

Warranty Policy

  • Converted Printers: No warranty is provided on converted printers or consumables.
  • Dedicated Printers:
    • A 1-year warranty is provided for the mainboard only, covering manufacturing defects.
    • Other parts and consumables are not covered under warranty.
    • Part Availability: Replacement parts are subject to availability.

Replacement Policy

Our Replacement Policy covers damaged or lost items only. Refer to our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy for details.

  • Damaged Items:
    • Submit an unboxing video showing the damaged item and original packaging within 2 days of receipt.
    • Return the damaged item to us. The return shipping cost will be covered by us.
    • Replacement will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the damaged item.
  • Lost Items:
    • Contact customer service if your item hasn’t arrived within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
